All Saints’ had their first Freshman and JV Basketball game. The players on the freshmen team had a dominating win over ESD, winning by over twenty-five points. The JV squad lost to ESD by 30 points. The games were very different: the freshmen team came out hot and multiple players got past double digits. By the half, All Saints’ had put the game away with their stifling press and smooth offense.
In the JV game, ESD had a strong start. They were up by eleven and the JV team had to make a little comeback. The Saints’ press wasn’t working, and the ESD offense was breaking it and getting easy points. The ESD defense also had clamps, and the All Saints’ offense was not looking good having a lot of turnovers. Though they fought hard, ESD had an impressive win over the Saints’ and the ESD JV team left with a smile.
