On Wednesday, November 2, 2022, in our Student Union, we had the choice of a burger or a fried chicken patty with a side of mac and cheese. The burger had a great temperature and flavor, and you were also able to choose what toppings you preferred. I chose lettuce, pickles, and cheese and used ketchup as my dipping sauce. The burger was tasty, but sadly, mine was a bit undercooked, and I could not finish it. The fried chicken had an excellent outer crunch to it, and the inside had a great texture. Unfortunately, my mac and cheese was cool, but it was very creamy and cooked thoroughly, I even went back for seconds of the mac and cheese, and that time it was warmer. This meal was filling and tasted great. I would give this meal an overall rating of 7/10. 

To get a common consensus of what the students thought of the meal, a handful of students were interviewed, ranging from 7/10 as the lowest and 10/10 as the highest. After some quick math, the average rating was 9.2 making this meal a success. Students said things like “Pretty solid” and “Today’s lunch was amazing!” leading us to more proof of success. 

So the question remains: was this meal yummy or bummy?

 And it was…Yummy!
