Finals Tips
Handling finals stress can be very important in order to do well on your tests. Thats why it is important to have good preparation and study habits. Most would suggest to break your studying into chunks and creating a schedule to avoid cramming at the last minute. It is also important to remember to get enough sleep, eat healthy meals, and take breaks so you can rest your brain. To make sure that you aren’t getting to nervous, long walks can make it easier to calm your nerves and can act as a destresser. Also make sure to take deep breaths in order to calm yourself down.
