Thursday, November 10, we had the options of chicken alfredo bake, plain pasta, marinara sauce, meat sauce, and chocolate chip cookies for lunch. After much deliberation, I decided on chicken alfredo bake and a chocolate chip cookie. The pasta was well-cooked and soft. The alfredo sauce was creamy, delicious, and had a smooth texture. It could have had more seasoning since it was slightly bland. The overall meal was warm and very filling leaving me satisfied. The cookies were slightly overcooked and crunchy, but mine had a lot of chocolate chips in it making it still suitable. Pasta is always one of the meals that I can count on to fuel me and have great flavor. I would rate this Student Union meal a 9.2 out of 10. 

Students had fickle and varying reviews of this meal. The lowest rating was 2/10 and the highest was 10/10. Receiving critics like, “I devoured that”, “It was delicious”, “The cookies were not good”, and “The pasta and cookies were really dry”. The average rating from the students was 7.64/10. With responses like this from the students, we can conclude that this meal was pretty average. 

So the question remains: was this meal yummy or bummy?

 And it was…Yummy!
