At Fort Worth All Saints’ Episcopal School, football is very competitive. We spoke to two players on the Varsity roster about what it’s like to go through the practice week and game day for the Saints.
This is a day in the life of a Varsity football player here at All Saints’. We have asked some questions to two of the players on the team, Tater and Hank.
What time do you get up in the morning? Hunter – 5 am, leave by 5:15; Hank – 5 am, leave by 5:20.
What is it like on game day? Tater – Very hype, feels ready, ready to hit. Hank – very high energy, very serious, and locked in.
Because this school, although really competitive in football, is also competitive in the classroom. How do you deal with the time management of playing football and school? Hank – Do school homework and schoolwork at school during class or study hall. Tater – Make sure to do the work I get the day I get it and go tutoring.
